2008 Rates
Our Motto for our first season is "Keeping it Simple". Therefore, there will be no higher rates for holiday weekends.
Membership Fee: $10 This will be added at the first booking of each season.
Seasonal Rate 2 People
$1,250 + $100 seasonal pump out fee total, 1,350
Guest-$6 per night per person
Emergency pump-out $25
Day Pass 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Night Pass 7 p.m. - 1 a.m.
$10 each
Cancellations for refund must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival date. Full stay will be charged for no shows.
